While watching the Puerto Rican news " La Comai " they started having a debate on whether prisoners should be allowed to vote or if that right should ba taken away. Personally I look on both sides of the coin. I think that voteing is a right given to all American but again people in jail are there because they have broken the law. So it's actually really hard to say whether or not they should be allowed to vote, give your oppinion and let's see what happens.
